About John A. Maldonado

Born in Hartford Connecticut in 1965 and raised in Puerto Rico and New York city. 

Spent an entire career (23 years) in the field of nuclear engineering and nuclear weapons testing design as a liaison for the Department of Navy and the Department of Energy. I bring very strong attention to procedural detail and care to my work, the people I work with, my clients and most importantly my family. I love people in all their idiosyncrasies and enjoy helping others on a daily basis. I have enjoyed a lot of success in my career because of it. Helping others in their times of need is what I do best. 

I have extensive experience as a commercial building inspector in the Bay Area, where I have been able to apply my past experiences with the government, and new technologies I have developed, that has driven me to the top of my field in the past ten years and counting. 

My driving ethos is very simple: Be ready to help others succeed every chance I get.
